Refunds Policy

This Agreement was last revised on March 27th, 2021. 

Our Refund Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Refund Policy at any time.

We have a strict no-refund policy.



We offer a free trial class where the user may an online class without being charged. The user shall be required to register and book with the website for using our service on trial.

Note: We reserve the right to any changes in the refund policy. Any changes will be updated on our website.


No refunds are offered in these cases. However when a student is unable to attend classes due to illness or injury, a Discount Coupon (for the remaining classes calculated on a pro-rata basis) will be made out in their person only and is not transferable. The client may redeem it for any other service that we provide on our website. A medical certificate must be sent along with the request. 

For eg., if a student initially choose a dance class, they may redeem the discount code for another dance or a yoga class if available. The Discount Coupon is valid for 1 year from the time of issue. When booking the new service they can input the Discount Coupon to redeem it. A service fee of 5€ will be charged. In a determination to accomplish user satisfaction, you can contact us for a refund or any other issues through our email 


  1. If there is duplicate payment was made due to technical glitch, or any other error. 

  2. If we consider the refund is necessary by a customer support staff as per our sole discretion.


In case of any order is made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing / the offer terms / guidelines / codes - the particular order/s will be canceled whatsoever and will not be liable to pay any refund to you in all such cases.      



Our payment gateway is with Stripe. All Credit cards like Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Stripe may offer other means of payment depending on your region.
